Dot Foods Inc. is planning to expand its Illinois headquarters and its Chicago-area distribution facility.

The Mt. Sterling-based food redistributor company plans to expand its 2.5 million-square-foot headquarters by 125,000 square feet with construction slated to begin this summer and end late 2024 or early 2025, Chris Landrum, vice president of warehousing for Dot Foods, told the Chicago Business Journal
