Alive Telecom

Alive Telecom is set to open a second manufacturing facility in suburban Chicago next quarter, bringing a half-empty University Park building to full occupancy.

The supplier of equipment and systems for the communications market signed a five-year, 75,000-square-foot lease at 500 Crossing Drive, a 150,000-square-foot industrial building built in 2006.
