Kate Lindgren

Kate Lindgren is the director of research and regional analysis at Intersect Illinois, where she applies her experience in policy research and state government to drive economic development across the state.

Prior to joining Intersect Illinois, Kate served in the Office of Governor J.B. Pritzker on the budget & economy team. In the Governor’s Office, she assisted the Deputy Governor in the oversight of several state agencies and led the development and implementation of key initiatives like the Illinois Grocery Initiative.

Kate earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees in economics and public policy from the University of Chicago.
