Carol Havard used to be a stay-at-home mom. Once her kids grew up, she decided to get back in the workforce.

"The unemployment office sent me this opportunity and I would like to be in the operating engineers' field and work for them."

She's decided to go back to school and is now training for a career in engineering. She says, for years, she couldn't find any job openings.
